Infrastructure that scales from first user to millionth

Cloud architecture, automated deployments, security and monitoring — so your product is fast, resilient and affordable to run.

Overview

Cloud Architecture & DevOps

The infrastructure under a product is invisible when it works and catastrophic when it does not. Slow pages, surprise cloud bills, a deployment that takes down production on a Friday, a database with no tested backup — these are architecture and operations problems, and they are avoidable.

We design and run cloud infrastructure for software products: the right hosting for the workload (Vercel, AWS, Azure or GCP), infrastructure defined as code so environments are reproducible, CI/CD pipelines that test and deploy every change safely, and the security, monitoring and backup discipline that lets you sleep. We also review and fix existing setups — usually starting with the cloud bill.

Because we are product engineers as well as operators, we make infrastructure decisions in service of the product: simple where simple is enough, robust where the business depends on it.

What you get

Delivered as one complete product

Everything a production-grade product needs, built by the same senior team from start to finish.

Cloud architecture

Environment design, networking, databases, storage and compute sized to your workload on AWS, Azure, GCP or Vercel.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated testing, preview environments and zero-downtime deployments on every merge, with rollback built in.

Infrastructure as code

Terraform or equivalent so every environment is versioned, reviewable and reproducible.

Security hardening

Secrets management, least-privilege access, dependency and vulnerability scanning, WAF and rate limiting.

Monitoring & alerting

Logs, metrics, uptime and error tracking with alerts routed to the right people before customers notice.

Backups & disaster recovery

Tested restores, point-in-time recovery and a written runbook, so an incident is a procedure rather than a panic.

Cost optimisation

Right-sizing, reserved capacity, caching and architecture changes that routinely cut cloud spend by a third or more.

How we work

From first call to live product

  1. 01

    Review

We map what you have — architecture, pipelines, costs, risks — and produce a prioritised plan with quick wins first.

  2. 02

    Design

Target architecture and a migration path that avoids downtime and big-bang cut-overs.

  3. 03

    Implement

Infrastructure as code, pipelines, monitoring and security put in place incrementally, with each step verified.

  4. 04

    Operate

Ongoing monitoring, patching and monthly reviews of performance and cost, on a flexible retainer.

Where this fits

Typical projects

Launching a new product

Production-ready hosting, pipelines and monitoring from day one so the team ships features instead of fighting servers.

Scaling under growth

A product that has outgrown its first hosting setup and needs performance, resilience and cost brought under control.

Cloud bill and security review

An independent look at spend, access, backups and exposure, with fixes implemented — not just a report.

Why InteleForge

What makes the difference

Operators who build products

We run the infrastructure for products we build, so we know which practices matter and which are theatre.

Boring, proven tooling

Managed services, infrastructure as code and standard pipelines — nothing exotic that only we can maintain.

Cost is a feature

Every review starts with the bill. Most clients recover our fee in reduced cloud spend within months.

FAQ

Cloud & DevOps: your questions

Straight answers on cost, timing and how we work.

It depends on your product and team. For most web products Vercel plus a managed Postgres is the fastest, cheapest start; AWS or Azure make sense for heavier workloads, compliance requirements or existing enterprise agreements. We recommend based on your case, not a partnership.
