Most of our work already runs remotely, so a client in Dublin, Amsterdam or Berlin gets exactly the same process as one in Leeds: two-week sprints, a live staging link you can open at any time, a shared channel with the engineers writing your code, and documentation in plain English. InteleForge is a product engineering studio in the North East of England that designs, builds and runs bespoke software, SaaS platforms, mobile apps and AI features for businesses across Europe.

The practicalities are simpler than they sound. The UK is one hour behind most of Western Europe, so our working day overlaps with yours almost completely, and a question asked at ten in the morning in Munich is answered the same morning. Everything we produce — proposals, code, documentation, support — is in English. Travel for a discovery workshop or a launch is agreed in the proposal rather than assumed, so you only pay for it when it earns its place.

Commercially, you are dealing with a UK limited company under contracts governed by English law, invoicing in pounds or euros, with data handling designed around UK GDPR and hosting in EU regions when your data has to stay there. Every engagement starts with a short, fixed-price discovery and a fixed price for the first phase of the build, and you own the code, the designs and the cloud accounts from the first commit.
